CiPiTENE is qualified for blow-moulding (bottles, watering-pots..), for extrusion (profiles, no pressure pipes, insulating membranes, sheets, nets ..) and thermoforming. CiPiTENE is impurity free becouse it is filtered with 100 microns sieves. Thanks to special treatments, CiPiTENE is homogeneous and constant in the time. CiPiTENE, as recycled product, costs less and permits to save a lot of money taking the place of virgin PE.

Thanks to a careful selection, CiPiTENE has a low PP contents. Low contents of PP is very important for the products exposed to the cold or subjects to hot welding. All process of working is certified ISO 9001:2008 by DET NORSKE VERITAS. Centro Plastica, first in Europe, produces CiPiTENE successfully since twenty years and supplies with continuity the most important European industries, as real demonstration of its high reliability.

CiPiTENE M.F.I.is 0,3 g/10'(190°C/2,16Kg) (ASTM D 1238) or 1,5 g/10' (190°C/5Kg) or 34,1 g/10' (190°C/21,6Kg). Density 0,950. These data are uniform on the batch and amongst batches.

CiPiTENE colour is light green but it can be easily coloured on darker colours with standard masterbatches by the Customer. CiPiTENE smells slightly of detergent during the working but the manufactured articles don't smell when cooled off.

on 25 Kg plastic bags, on 1.250 Kg big bags and on 1.020 Kg octabins. By land or by railway, a full load is 24 or 27 metric tons n.w. (used intermodal way too). By sea, a 20' container contains 16,25 metric tons n.w. A 40' container contains 26 metric tons n.w. On request, CiPiTENE can be forwarded on silo too.
